Community Employment Skills Program

Next program - TBA

Finding work can be hard to deal with on your own. Our Community Employment Skills Program (CESP) is a friendly place where you can feel encouraged and supported as you seek employment. It's a relaxed environment where you meet with other job-seekers, and get the FREE help and tools you need to gain employment. Go for it! We're with you every step of the way.
The program is flexible and you can start at any time.
How our CESP works:
CESP helps and supports you through
  • an eight-week course
  • meeting with others and
  • one-on-one coaching sessions.
Community
It can be hard to stay motivated when you’re searching for work, especially when you’re on your own. At our Community Employment Skills Program, you will meet other job seekers and you’ll support and encourage each other along the way.
Course
The eight-session ‘Skills To Employment’ course takes you through each step of the job-hunting process. Doing the course equips you with essential tools such as how to apply for jobs, how to write a great CV and how to have confidence in interviews. It’s also an opportunity to have a look at your strengths and identify your hidden talents!
Coach
CESP Coaches provide one-on-one support and mentoring, and will help you as much as they can until you find work! CESP Coaches spend time helping you set your own goals and identifying how you can overcome the challenges you may be facing.
Connecting
Through CESP you’ll have opportunities to connect with local employers – who can provide advice and maybe offer work experience. Past members have said they found it useful hearing first-hand from employers what they are looking for in a candidate, and some have even gone on to find work through these new contacts.
Congratulations
Throughout the entire process you will gain valuable skills that will help you find work – and we look forward to celebrating when you do! Whatever stage you are along the process, why not see how our Community Employment Skills Program can help you maximise your potential and step into employment.
